Need help, or need to report a photo? You're in the right place. Here is how to reach us and how reporting works.
Report a print from the app
Every print on the wall has a "…" menu. Tap it on any photo and choose Report to flag content you think shouldn't be there. The report reaches us right away.
If you host the event, that same menu lets you remove a print from your wall yourself, at any time.
Our commitment on content reports
We take objectionable content seriously. When you report a print, we review it and act within 24 hours — removing the content and, where needed, removing the person who posted it. Tada has no tolerance for unlawful or abusive content.
Everything else
Trouble joining a roll, a photo that won't upload, a question about your album or a purchase, a request to delete your data — email us and we'll help. We're a small team, so please give us a little detail about what happened.
